Cold, Fingers And Palms Get Pale And Blue. Is This Raynaud's?

I get cold and my fingers and palms start to turn a pale bluish color but as soon as I warm up it goes away quickly. if I am cold for a long period of time my fingers and palms tend to stay blue a little longer as my body's temperature starts to regulate back to normal, im wondering could this be a disease called raynauds or am I over analyzing this. should I see my doctor?
