Cold, Intense Pain Behind In Head Behind Nose After Laughing. Anything To Worry?

Hello, I had a cold the other day and my nose has recently cleared up, I can breathe fine now, but earlier my friend visited me and made me laugh, this gave me intense pain in my head behind my nose... It was a lot of pressure in my head, it felt like a migraine, but only a short quick one that lasted literally about 30 seconds. I also breathed in through my nose quite hard and it gave the exact pain... I was just wondering what it is and if it's anything to be concerned about? I'm 15 years of age, if that makes any difference.
