Cold, Sore Throat, Stuffy Nose, Tiredness, Red And Sore Eyes. Pregnant. Suggestions?

I have had a horrible cold for 5 days now which includes sore throat, stuffy nose, achiness, tiredness, and today I discovered a ton of green mucus coming out of my eyes, now my eyes are red and sore. Is this being caused by my cold? and will this cause permanent damage? I am also pregnant and not able to take a lot of meds.
