Complaining Of Pain In Finger, Elbow, Shoulder. Angiography Normal. Pain Either Muscular Or Pericardial. Opinion?
My cousins had junk food last night and drank cold water. He complained pain in finger which went to elbow than to shoulder and then to chest. He was rushed to hospital where ECG and echo and engiograpgy was performed.mdocters are saying engeography is ok but pain may be due to muscular pain or pericardial. Please give your opinion.
thank you.pain of ischemic heart disease particularly MI may radiate to arm up to the finger.but normal ECG,ECHO & angiogram have excluded it.so possibility of musculosketal pain is more.use of simple analgesia will relieve your patient from the pain.
hello kamal
i think this pain is just a muscular pain due to cold or heavy work he had done.
if pain still persists you can use medicine diclofenac plus chlorozoxazone plus paracetamol combination twice daily.
apply hot fomentaion .
