Completely Recovered From Stroke. Right Ear Deaf, Having Double Vision, Headaches. Symptoms Associated With Stroke?

I had a small stroke 10/10/13, I've almost completely recovered. 5 days ago my right ear suddenly went deaf for about30 seconds or so then opened back up. Later that night it did it again along with double vision and pain all over my head. Did it a few times minutes apart and not any more that night. Two days later, doing it again a couple times. Five days later can't hear nothing but ringing, bad headache, dizzy from time to time, mainly when seeing double. Assc with stroke or maybe inner or middle ear? Hospital is over a hour away, hate to go for ear but don't want it to be something wrong with my head, like bleeding or something.

Greetings of the day

Symptoms of tinnitus, difficulty in hearing point towards pathology in inner ear, most likely to be due to labrynthitis-inner ear apparatus involved in maintaining body equilibrium and balance.
Suggest you to get a thorough assessment from ENT SURGEON.
Take care
