Concussions And Bruises From Accident, Skin Hardening Under Bruises. Hematomas?

We had a car accident a week ago. My mother suffered a concussion and some bruises. To what extent should we be concerned about a subdural hematoma? The CT scan the day of the accident came back negative. Furthermore, she's suffering some skin hardening under bruises on the arm. Am I right to assume those are hematomas, and should we be concerned about them?

I understand your query regarding your skin problem.
Hematoma is due to damage during accident.
If CT scan is normal ,there is nothing to worry about.
If she feel pain ,giddiness , vomiting or vision problem ,rush to ER.
For bruise and skin hardening she required just antibiotic cream over affected area.
Please do not ignore if she has any of above symptoms,otherwise be relax.
