Considerable Weight Loss, Muscle Fatigue, Knee, Back And Hip Pain, Neck Stiffness, Tightness In Groin, Sensitivity To Acidosys, Lyme Disease Ruled Out. What Could It Be?

I am 63 y/o caucasian male, in fairly good physical shape, 6 tall, 179 lb. I take metformin (A1c is now 6.2), Lipitor and accupril. I had a recent weight loss (16 lb over 3 months) without doing anything specific for loss. For the last few weeks I have had muscle fatigue and senitivity similar to lactic acidosys, knee joint and hip pain , stiff neck, sore back and tightness in my groin muscles. Lyme disease has been ruled out via test. Any suggestions/clues?

Dear Sir,

Get your CPK levels , it can be statin induced myopathy so you need to get the muscle enzymes done.
