Consistent Fatigue And Tiredness, Fullness Feeling On Slight Eating, Pain In Ovaries, Gas. Cause?
Over the past few days, I ve been having some strange symptoms. I m a 15 year old girl, and I ve been feeling tired and fatigued almost all of the time. I also feel full very easily when I eat, and my bowel movements have not been normal. Lastly, I ve been having some gas, as well as pain in my ovaries. What can this be?

It seems that there are hormonal changes are going at this age of puberty giving rise to these problems.
This is common if you started your menstrual cycle and this might be due to premenstrual tension.
Nothing to worry, change your mind and divert your mind with school work, pass time with your friends.
