Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you are thinking too much about your health. It appears that you have a recurring pharyngitis, and the associated symptoms.
Stop thinking about your health and consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin 500mg, phenylefrine, and citrizine.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
