Constant Ache In Arms Between Shoulder And Elbow. What Should I Do?
Hello I am 62 and over the last 2 months I have endured a constant ache in my arms between my shoulder and elbow. Mainly rt arm and mainly at night. My sleep is not normally that flash but this has reduced it to less than 5 hours per night. I have to date enjoyed excellent health. Can you help.

From history it seems that you might be having degenerative changes in your cervical vertebrae and right shoulder.
Go for x-ray cervical region and shoulder joint.
Go for physiotherapy regularly.
Take vitamin B1, B6, B12 capsules.
