Constant Dizziness, Upset Stomach, BP High, Vomitings. Signs Of Flu?

Hi middle of last night and continuing on through today I am experiencing dizziness.
I cannot stand or turn my head without feeling like I will fall or pass out. I also have up-
set stomach and elevated BP. I threw up twice today. However I am feeling a bit better this evening.
Are these signs of the flu? Thank you for a reply.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, all these are the symptoms of the hypertension, infection of the internal ear. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
With flu fever you will be having other symptoms like cold, cough, body pains etc.
Avoid taking more of salt, junk foods, and oily foods. Thank you.
