Constant Headache, Muscle Pain At Base Of Skull, Emotional, Tiredness. Stress?
I would like to know if I am suffering with stress? I have had a constant headache for 3 days, I feel sick or like I am going to be sick, I have pain/muscle ache at the base of my skull, I feel at times shaky but I am not actually shaking, I am tearful and emotional, I don't sleep well and feel tired all the time, generally feel like I am not in control of things and this is not me at all.
I read your concern and it seems that emotional disturbance due to stress factor leads to your symptom of being sick .. There is nothing to be worried of , as it is well treatable one with some medications and relaxed sleep . I suggest you to Consult your physician at nearest and get prescribed for NSAIDS and relaxing medications to get recovery sooner as healthy as before .
Drink plenty of fluids and regular normal diet , Talk freely with relatives or family members and avoid loneliness to fight against stress . Give rest to mind and body using medications or meditations to have healthy life.
Take care .. Regards Dr. J. Kingson John David
