Referred pain in head and ear,blockage of your nostrils,and yellow to green mucous discharge shows that you have developed respiratory tract infection.

it could be sinusitis,rhinitis,pharyngitis or tonsillitis.

your ENT surgeon can evaluate well clinically and start with suitable antibiotics.
A visit to ENT is recommended,you can go for second opinion if required.

Meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses and steaming.

This will give immediate relief.

I went through your complaints. All the problems looks like interrelated. You may have (Left) deviated middle septum of nose, Infection in the para nasal sinuses and Ear infection especially middle ear may be there . All these problems can cause Headache. Dark rings under your eyes are present on both eyes which may or may not be connected with this. The bruise like seems to be linked with your present problem.
X-ray Chest and CT para nasal sinuses are to be done to find out the cause. After consulting with ENT Dr and infection is found anywhere - antibiotic, pain killers, anti histaminics. and inhalaion of vaporising agents may clear your nasal passage. Any wax in the ear has to be cleaned as you have block ear.
the swelling around the neck may be due to the inflammed lymph adenitis.
ENT problem especially nose associated headache should be carefully Observed.
