Constant Headaches, High BP, Sharp Pain In Arms And Hands Sometimes. Does This Mean Anything?

I am 28 years old female. I went to doctor last week as been getting headaches . He discovered I had high blood pressure . He asked me if i get numbness or pins and needles in arms or legs, I said no but not really thinking about the qiestion. I do get sharp couple of seconds pain in my arms and hands sometimes. headache is because of your high blood pressure and pain in arm though can be because of high bp but may be because of under lying heart problem so u must get a ECG done.
