Constant Pain In Shoulder, Neck And Back Due To Spondylitis. Reason For Side Head Pain

Sir i have been observing a little mild pain in rt side of head above ear and adjoining areas on streatching my head to extreme either sides or upward or downwards or even rotating clpckwise or anticlockwkise...I have also consstant pain in left shoulder and neck and back for sometimes from now i consulted a doctor who after an xray of my shoulder said that i have early stage spondilitics and suggested exercises...but since the mild pain in brain on the right side as i told abt above worries me pl advise...

I really appreciate your concern, your pain of shoulder and head could be due to the spine condition that might have stiff the neck muscles, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone three time in day
3) Tab Diclofenac 50mg sustain release once in day
