Constant Stinging While Urinating, Night Sweats. Had Radiation For Prostrate Cancer. Reasons ?

I RECENTLY HAD RADIATION FOR PROSTATE CANCER 3 MONTHS AGO. SUBSEQUENTLY, WENT FOR OPEN HEART SURGERY AND URINALYSIS SHOWED NO SIGN OF INFECTION. HOME FROM HOSPITAL NOW 2 WEEKS AND STINGING, CONSTANT URINATION PLUS I HAVE SEEN MORE THAN ONCE, SMALL PARTICLES IN URINE HAVE RETURNED. ALSO, SEVERE NIGHT SWEATS. PLEASE ADVISE.
