Constant Swelling, Pressure, Pain After Heavy Work. Diagnosed With Class 1 Cystocele. Advised Completely Pull Out Of Work. Advice

Hi, I was diagnosed with Class I Cystocele 3 weeks ago. My doctor put me on light duty for work. I went back to work and 2 of our assistants were unable to come in for the last 3 weeks. So my condition has gotten worse with constant swelling, pressure, and pain. I did message my doctor and she said there was nothing she could do except pull me completely out of work. I do have an appointment with a specialist August 15. I just wonder if I should not go to the ER.
