Constantly Feeling Cold, Muscle Pull, Fatigue, Burning Feeling In Hand, Depression, Anger, Pain In Knees. Have Anemia. Prescribed Iron, Dhea. Help

hi i am 44 years old woman. i am anemic. i feel cold all the time even in summer. i suffer from pull muscle a lot. always tired even when i wake up. my hand have burning feelings. i can not bear hunger. i feel tingling in my ear when i am hungry, and if i delay eating, i feel terribe, so much that i am not ok after long of eating. i feel so depressed and get angry too quickly. my doctor prescribed me iron. after 2 months or so, i am feeling pain in my knees, i read that people with joint pain has extra iron in their blood. is it true. my dhea test showed bad too, i am also on dhea 15 mg a day. what should i do

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
After going through your query I reached a conclusion that there are many problems , however most of them may be due to ANEMIA .
Feeling of cold and hot may be due to thyroid problem.
As there is deficiency , so please mention the exact report of Iron level as well hemoglobin level.
This is correct that iron ( excess) develops pain in the joints , so take care about that also.
As for dhea you are taking 15 mg that is a right dose ,so keep it up.
Now the most important and foremost reason of your problem may be due to peri menopausal syndrome .
Consult a gynnaecologist / physician and get there opinion and treatment.
