Constipated After A Fall. Lump In The Abdomen. What To Do?

I fell several weeks ago pretty hard on my stomach . Then about 2 weeks ago I felt constipated, and was straining to try to go to the bathroom. I noticed after that incident that I have a lump that varies from soft to hard in my lower left abdomen . When I am lying down, my left side is higher than my right. Aside from more gas than usual, I am not feeling any pain, fever , etc.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It could be blood clot or sigmoid colon.
Any lump is an indication for examination by a general surgeon.
Earlier, the better...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
