Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The tight ness of the stomach could be due to the ciprofloxacin, and metronidazole, which cause the gastric irritation.
I advise you to consult your doctor for the problem, don't worry you will be all right.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole two times daily, and then to continue once daily on empty stomach, along with other medicines.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to help the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
