Hello,
Since gallbladder is removed , so fatty food will develops some indigestion type symptoms.
However as you mentioned that you are taking cucumber, tomatoes , pickle nuts , so tomatoes and pickle may develops hyper acidity if consumed in large amount.
On the name of light food , in my opinion you are taking large amount of these vegetables .
Excess of everything is bad.
A balanced diet will help you.
If you have constipation take laxative for sometime , till motion become regular.
Plenty of water is good for you.
Nausea as you mentioned is due to overeating.
Pantoperazole 1 tablet / day will provide you relief from burning sensation in stomach.
Good luck.
