Constipation, Gastric, Blood In Stool. Treatment?

I ve had gas like pains in my stomach and it s been hard going poop... although I am going, I m not producing as much as before and feel I need to go all the time because of it but very little is coming out... I just recently saw blood as well - what could this be?

You should get an UPPER G.I ENDOSCOPY done, & Consult Medical Gastroenterologist.
