Constipation, Intense Pressure In The Rectum, Dry Feces, Stools With Mucus, Burning Sensation In Stomach, Frequent Urination
I m suffering from constipation on several occasions. There is so much pressure in my rectum where my cocyx bone is located. It feels like a huge blockage is there when I strain. My feces was extremely dry, almost like horse manure. When I pass a stool it had thick, mucus all over it like egg white. I also saw stringy stuff that almost looked like worms . My stomach burns like its in the skin or the nerves all the time gas moving from side to side, bloating and constantly urinating.
Thanks for your query. The way you describe it appears that you are having faecoliths - faeces that has become very hard. This can be confirmed by a physical and ultrasound examination.
Constipation is usually a dietary issue, provided medical cause has been excluded. It can be relieved by changing your dietary habits. You need to increase more roughage in your diet, like prunes, green leafy vegetables and cut down on your non-vegetrian food. You will also have to increase your intake of fluids.
Before the dietary changes can have their effect, you may need to take laxatives and/or rectal suppository or enema to clear the hard stools in your rectum.
Wishing you an early relief.
