General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it may not be related to the hepatitis, it could be due to habitual constipation, and food habbits. The loss of epitite could be due to constipation.
I to my patient with such symptoms, prescribe enzyme preparation, and mild laxative like milk of magnesia.
I advise to give more of fruits, and juices. Thank you.

Pediatrician Dr. Irshad H Naqvi's  Response
Hi Dear

Welcome to the plateform ofHealth Care Magic

For contipation some local anaesthetic cream or gel to be applied in and around the anal opening to relax the sphincter so that pain is releived and baby strains without fear and difficulty.

Oral laxatives to be used to soften the stool.

Dietary changes also help in relieving the constipation. By increasing the intake of fibre rich diet like fruits, vegetables etc.

Appetite is expected to increase after she starts passing soft stools daily.
Anaemia could be because of poor apettite.
Improved diet, iron , multivitamin supplementation should improve the Hemoglobin level.
Hepatitis C is usually transmitted through blood and blood products, one should go for the proper investigations like LFT,HCV DNA test etc.

Consultation with local pediatrician is required so that complete case to be managed with proper supervision.

Hope the query is answered.
Thanks
