Constipation, Stomach Cramps, Noise From Stomach, Hard Stool, Not Normal Bowel Movement. Treatment?
For the past several years I have experienced increased constipation. Lately though about once a week I will have extreme stomach cramps & my stomach will make bubbly gurgling noises. The pain is very intense. It usually takes about 30 minutes before I can get a stool to pass & it is usually very hard. After that one passes a massive amount of loose stools pass at one time. It smells like rotted food, not like a normal bowel movement smells. After this my stomach is somewhat noisy, gassy & crampy for about the next 24 hours.
Hi, It seems that you are having absolute constipation giving rise to all problems. Take laxative daily at night. If require go for enema. Change your diet habit. Take plenty of fibers in your diet. Take plenty of green veggies. Take plenty of water. Do recti muscle exercise daily. If you are elderly then go for ultra sound abdomen to rule out any space occupying lesion in the intestine. Ok and take care.
