Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Swelling in gums can occur either as a side effect of drug administered or due to poor oral hygiene maintenance.

Constipation is caused due to malnourished food intake.

I would advice you to drink plenty of fluids as well as fruits and leafy vegetables.

Visit a dentist and get a thorough scaling done, which can prevent swelling of gums.

Meanwhile,maintain oral hygiene well.

Brush and floss your teeth as well as tongue daily.

Please do visit a physician too.

Take care.
