Continuous Severe Stabbing Pain And Sore Testicles. Ultrasound Report Normal. Help

HI, I`ve been suffering with a very painful testicle for 12 years now, it feels like it`s being jabbed by an electic probe or a very sharp needle, not all the time but it is always sore and it has been non stop pain for all those 12 years, and sometimes it gets very hard, i`ve had an ultrasound done on it, but they don`t know what`s causing it, please can you help. ?

Hi! I am not aware what your job profile is. If it involves long period of standing or lifting of heavy weights, then it is better you try to avoid these so far as possible. Apart from this you start wearing a good scrotal support all the time in the day when you move around. Consult your doctor for a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs after getting your routine urine and semen test followed possibly by a culture sensitivity test of both.
