Such symptoms can be caused by hemorrhoids (the most common reason), rectal polyps or colon cancer. It is advisable for you to explain the source of blood in stool and thin stools first. You should have colonoscopy performed, especially if you have lost some weight recently. If the colonoscopy will show nothing more than hemorrhoids, you can start some treatment.
Hot baths with Quercus Cortex, keep your stool more soft and avoid constipations, increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake and get some hemorrhoids suppositories available without prescription.
In some cases, only surgery can treat hemorrhoids.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
