my dear, usually birth control pills start in a particular order, that is going in a particular direction, or with particular colors, or other times with dates or numbers or days as in your case. however, this is just to help you remember to take them, and also to direct you on how to take them too. however it is not usually exclusive. if you had a pill which stared with the number 1, would you wait for the first of the next month? definitely not. so please dear you can start with the first tablet, Sunday or not as your doctor says. but if you think it will confuse you, then start with the present day, Wednesday in your case, knowing that you will have to go back and take Sunday, Monday and Tuesday on their respective days. as I said the days are just to help you keep track, and not really because it has to be taken only on Sunday.
