Controlled Diabetes, On Telma, Amaryl. Pain On Both Knees, All Reports Normal. Reasons ?

Hi, I am 41 Yrs of age diabetic but well controlled HbA1c less then 6.5, BP 90-145 taking Telma-AM, Amaryl M1, Methylcobalamine and Calcium 500 mg per day. I am having pain on my both knees for last couple of years, without any swelling, have got all tests done. Nothing abnormal investigated. Pl advice what can be the reason of this knee pain . Its good that you are doing well with regard to Diabetes and HTN. But
You did not mentioned your weight and height . If you are obese it could be due to early onset of Osteo Arthritis , please consult Orthopedic Surgeon and rule out.
