Hello and welcome to HCM,

Costochondritis is an inflammatory condition affecting the cartilage attaching the ribs to the sternum.
It is an inflammatory condition so anti-inflammatory drugs will help.
Besides medication, rest is also required.
The spasm/ stiffness of the neck muscles, pain in the shoulder and the arm may be related to the costochondritis.
Rest and hot fomentation will help to relieve the stiffness and pain.
The involvement of nerves can be due to inflammation of the nerves or some other disease process.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical examination of the peripheral nervous system.

Thanks and take care
