Cough, Blood In Mucus, Swollen Glands, Pressure In Head. Cause?

Hello. I just began experiencing sunrooms today. I coughed up mucus earlier with blood and slowly throughout today my glands have become swollen. I have slight pressure in my head. I just came back from going out of town about 4 hours away. I slept for 18 hours in a row last night but the night before last because of lack of sleep before even that night. I though my throat was irritated from smoking black and miles after not having smoked them for a week or two. Do I need to prepare for a cold?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
This may be due to throat infection.
May be due to pneumonia,
Tuberculosis.
You might got an infection as there are swollen glands.
Consultation to physician is very much important, so please get in.
Good luck.
