Cough, Fever, Nasal Discharge, Sneezing, Watery Eyes. Tried Multi-symptom Cold Relief. Cure?

Hi, my son is 5 yrs old, started with really bad runny nose , cough and fever two days ago. His nose does not stop running clear fluid, fever 102, sneezing and a productive cough. Today his eyes started watering and are red. He is snoring really load and constantly coughs all night. Help, what to do. I tried multi symptom cold relief, did not good, only caused him nightmares .

Hi thanks for your question.
The symptoms of your son,which you have described are of upper respiratory tract infection.I would suggest you to consult some physician who may be able to examine and treat him.He may need antihistiminics.nasal decongestants and anti biotics. He may also need analgesic anti inflammatory drugs.
