Cough, Phlegm, Excessive Crying, Vomiting. What Can We Give Her?

Hi doc. My child is 4 years old. She was just wakes up crying after 1 hour sleep and she looks like choking when she cry., and then she cough like theres something inside her chest and she vomit threwing up food. This is the first time for her. What should i do? What should i give her? She falls back asleep already now. But im wondering why and how at the moment. Wish u can help me out. Thanks a lot.

Children wake up crying because of several reasons.

Now does your kid have any breathing difficulty?
Is she breathing fast?
Is there any chest indrawing?
Does she have any thing in her mouth to choke on? Did she sleep away while eating some thing?
Is there any abdominal distension?
