Coughing For 3 Months, Lump On Chest, Pain From Neck To Arm. Are These Related?

Hi i have been coughing for
the last three weeks the cough has stopped after taking antibiotics, but there is a lump on my chest (right side ) the pain travels from my neck to my arm (right side )every time i move or pick something up . all these started when i was coughing hard . are this symptoms related to each other.

Hello,

Straining of the chest muscles due to severe coughing might be causing the pain. But the swelling on the chest needed to be evaluated. It may be associated with pain. Consult your doctor a ask for a X ray. FNAC of the swelling can be tried if the x ray is inconclusive.
