What Tests Are Recommended For Pain In Chest, arm And Shoulders?

I have been having chest pain, Lt arm pain, neck pain and pain between my shoulders for one week. I finally went to the Doctor today and I have a flipped T-wave. The Dr. wanted to admit me and do blood work. I did not agree as I am stressed for time. I am still having some chest pain. What do you think?

Dear user,

I really understand your concern, but I would agree with your doctor.

Such complaints suggest for ischemic heart disease.
To confirm the diagnosis ECG, troponins in blood and Exercise Stress Test (treadmill or bicycle) are needed.

Take care!
