Could AMCARD -AT Cause Premature Ejaculation?

sir, i am 45 year and my blood pressure is 130 high and 90 low. i already taken medicine AMCARD -AT.I take this medicine from last one year. Now my blood pressure is control but i feel sex problem for early discharge.Sir, kindly guide me whether i continue this medicine or change this ? Recommend another medicine.

Hi.
Amcard-AT contains amlodepine and atenolol.
Erectile dysfunction is the common side effect of atenolol.
You can take either chlorthalidone or ace inhibitor in place of atenolol and continue amlodepine.
Salt restricted diet and exercise is very important in treatment of hypertension.
You can consult internal medicine doctor.
