Could Celebrex And Rosuvastatin Cause Itchiness From Shoulder To Wrist?

hi I am currently taking 20mg of cellebrex and 20mg of rovostarin ,I am experiencing itchness from my shoulder and down almost to the wrist ,dry mouth and skin ,would this be caused by the combination of the two or by one in particular ,I take the cellebrex for mild shoulder joint pain and mild arthritic pain in the thumbs ,the itching axtends around my shoulder blade and is causing a mild rashalso my back itches when I get up in the morning (could be heat related from being in bed)can you advise please?

Hello
Celecoxib and rosuvastatin don't interact with each other and can be taken together .
However, in few cases celecoxib ( celebrax)produces rhinitis and sinusitis .
But in your case itching or rashes may be due to any other reason , so in my opinion consult a dermatologist and get his opinion because physical examination is important in such cases .
However such type of itching may be due to these reasons:
1 Scabies .
2 Urticaria
3 Drug reactions or allergy to any allergens .
4 Dermatitis.
So get help of dermatologist.
