Could I Be Addicted To Ibugesic Plus Tablets For Headaches?

I was told by a friend who is a doctor that my frequent headaches might be Migrane. I am however still not sure. But I have been taking ibugesic plus tablets whenever I get the headaches (around once a month or less). Its been 4-5 yrs now since I started taking them during headaches and I cannot be alright without them. Maybe I am kind of addicted to it (don't know really) but I don't seem to have much option. Do you think its safe to use it?
