Will Ibugesic Plus Taken Everyday Heal Fever, Headaches And Cough?

My son is 4.10 years old and suffring from fever, headack and light cough from last two days. I gave him Ibugesic plus trice a day but no improvement. Last time my doctor priscribe him advent forte. This is same situation,what he faced last month.Going to doctoe is very ecpensive.pls suggest me should I start advent forte with ibugesic plus.
