I have an eating disorder and I HATE IT. I cry everynight because I may die. Help! I want this living nightmare to go away!

consult a psychiatrist for behavioural therapy , cunselling and some medicatins if required. Go for brisk walking , swimming etc to engage in outdoor activities get checked up for diabetes( blood sugar) and thyroid profile
