Could I Have Diabetes?

I noticed i few symptoms that i had which related to type one diabetes that just started 3-4 days ago, but it is starting to worry me.. the symptoms are Type 1 Diabetes Frequent urination --- not too much more, but sometimes i just randomly have to go really badly Unusual thirst--- Usually in the morning i never drink anything, but lately i have been so thirsty that i have to, even during the day i am more thirsty Extreme hunger--- not exactly more hunger that ive noticed, but in the nights i tend to get hungry and munch on junk foods Fatigue- I'm thinking this could also be possible to the fact that I have slept no more than 6 hrs a day for the past week I am only 14 years old, and for the past month i have been eating very unhealthy, I am 5-8 and weigh 170 lb, however i have been exercising for past two weeks ( i am on sports team) can this be a case of diabetes? b/c my dad is also diabetic.. and im starting to get worried... how can i prevent this if its developing..?

Stress in life and worries can lead to diabetes. But just by these symptoms you cannot decide that you have diabetes.

Getting involved in exercises and keeping yourself fit does help. Father suffering from diabetes is a risk factor.

You are a bit higher side of weight. Again a risk factor for metabolic disease and cardiovascular disease.
