Could I Stop Doing Exercises After Regaining The Flexibility Of The Wrist Which Was Broken And A Plate Was Inserted?

I broke my left wrist Nov. 10 and had surgery on the 12th, and the doctor put in a plate that kind of looks like a fork, and he said nine screws. I had the stitched out a week later and began therapy. I ve regained flexibility in the wrist and have very little pain if any. The scar is tender. The therapist has released me and I m doing several exercises at home, but wondered if I could stop doing it now? It s been over eight weeks now. I am right handed and missed my bowling night for several weeks, but resumed last week and had no ill effects.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have fracture of the left wrist and surgery done with plates and screws. Now you are comfortable now.
Once you are comfortable, you can slowly stop, the exercises, they are for the starting of movements of the wrist.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea
foods for some time, to avoid any pains.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you
