Hi,

I can understand your concern for the appetite loss after MMR vaccination in your son.

In MMR vaccination there is quite of lot of pain which child can not express. It is generally painful to begin with or have a feeling of discomfort. It generally quite a commonly observed thing in MMR vaccination.

The most important thing you should give a pain killer like paracetamol under medical supervision. You can wait for next few days and if the appetite is not improving then can meet a pediatrician.

Do not worry your son will be alright soon.

Take care
