I m taking suboxone and latuda. Since starting them I have been back and forth to the doctor over my prolactin levels. At one time it was as high as 400. I ve had an mri. My results saying there was no tumor but I did have sphenoid sinusitis. The first month I took suboxone I missed my period and that s what started my prolactin journey.it was at 40 the first time I has my blood drawn. I m not sure if that s the first time it was high but that was the first time I had missed a period. Ever since I aged into my 20s my period had been very light. I had my first child at age 18 and tho they didn t leak per say, I could get milk from my breast if I squeezed ever since. And to be honest, now that I think about it I can not say a 100% that I ve never missed a period since I has my twins at the age of 22 since I never paid much attention because for one I partied alot and two, I didn t care because my tubes are tied. So yesterday I got my tsh, t4, and t3 checked. Results saying tsh was normal, t3 was normal but t4 was low. What exactly does that mean? What do I need to do about it? And could the suboxone or latuda be the cause for the whole hormone imbalance issue in the first place? Please help. I feel like my doctors don t care. I cant get any answers especially if i dont do my research to find out what questions to ask cuz God forbide they go out of their way to care and help me. Plus, my loved ones don t want to hear about it either. I feel very alone.
