Could A Lump Feeling Inside Stomach And Burning Sensation Be Related To Ulcer?
hi im worried that i might have an ulcer. i have been feeling a bump on the right side of my stomach no pain just a bump and i cant feel it outside my stomach. Doctor touched belly and said theres nothing there. I also had a extremly bad burning sensation last night for four hours it was really painfil through my stomach and chest (acid the doctor said and prescibed priolosac).but im just reall worried i might have an ulcer im only 20.is it likely or not
Mentioned by you symptoms are not characteristic for an ulcer. Please note that ulcer usually gives upper middle abdominal pain associated with foods intake. Nausea and lack of appetite are also present. Lump feeling is not a symptom of peptic ulcer. If you are certain that this is a lump, ultrasound should be done to see what it is. Your symptoms seems to be caused by acid reflux. Please try to avoid fatty food, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee, chocolate, alcohol, orange juices. Take prescribed by your doctor medicines and the symptoms should go away. If not, than you need to have a gastroscopy done.
Hope this will help. Regards.
