Could A Missed Period And Bloating Followed By Bleeding Be A Miscarriage?

Hello, I have regular periods since 8 month again, my baby boy is 14 month now. I still breastfeed him about twice a day. We started trying for a second baby 2 month ago. My last period was on 8th of august, then a missed one in September, did 4 pregnancy tests, urine ones, all came back positive. Was bloated all the time. We were very happy for the news, then after two weeks, based on my dates just at 6 weeks started bleeding in the morning. Went to the doctor, he did an ultrasound and showed no sac. Also a blood test, but still waiting for the results. What could ve happened? Is it like a chemical pregnancy, or did I have a miscarriage?! Just would Like to know, because we would like to start trying again as soon as possible.. Thank you

Hello,

As there was 4 pregnancy test positive, you were most likely to be pregnant but for future advice i should tell you you should get your usg in early pregnancy to as it confirm pregnancy and tells about HR status of fetus.

But for how it seems like there is miscarriage. HCG level can tell you further information.
