Could A Painful Anus ,with A White Patched Lump, Indicate A Pile Hemorrhoid?

I have a sore bottom which started this morning after going toilet 3 times within a short while. my bottoms been sore and I just decided to put some sudocreme on but to my astonishment there is a big lump I looked in a mirror and it is red and has a white patch.. my mother said it is a pile haemorrhoid ? im a bit scared as I have never experienced this before and I am a 50 year old woman can you advise me please

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fistula in ano giving rise to this problem.
At this age some pathology in rectum or colon also should be ruled out.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
