Could A Pregnancy Be Causing Cramping, Diarrhea, Pyrosis, Fatigue And Mood Swings?

My last period was in the end of January, I have been having cramping like my cycle is going to start, but nothing. I feel these cramps at least once a week, usually once every couple days. I have also had diarrhea, heart burn, fatigue and mood swings, not sure if this is related or not. I took 3 home pregnancy tests, within about a 4 day timeframe in mid-March, all negative. I am sexually active and the only birth control method being used is the withdraw method. Do you think I am pregnant or is something else wrong?

Hi there,
After reading your question, I am of the opinion that
1)You could be pregnant if you have missed your periods.
2)Your symptoms are not very definitive of pregnancy.
3) I suggest you get a blood test called serum beta HCG which can give a definitive answer about pregnancy.
4)If that is also negative, I think you might be having a hormonal imbalance and might need to be evaluated for that.

I hope I was helpful.

Dr. Shikha Shah
