What Causes Abdominal Cramps,diarrhea With Blood And Nausea During Pregnancy?
I am 17 weeks pregnant and I have what I thought was a stomach virus. Severe abdominal cramping, nausea, fatigue, vomiting, low grade fever, diarrhea, very bad neck/headache. My diarrhea is now foamy with blood. I don't want to go to the ER unnecessarily. What could this be?

as you guessed it has to be an episode of viral infection, or food poisoning or even dysentery. as you are pregnant too you may need antibiotics n a lot of fluids.
you can safely take ampicillin 500mg 4times a day for a week
but it is always good to consult your treating doctor
